Rick Vito - Talk That Talk

Rick Vito is one of my favourite Fleetwood Mac members, he is very talented and an amazing guitar player. He has been quite prolific since leaving Fleetwood Mac, releasing six solo albums besides this one.

This album was released in Europe and strictly speaking isn't hard to find, although it has never seen US release to my knowledge. If you search on Amazon or similar sites you can purchase a copy, however you probably won't find it if you walk into your local music store. You also can not buy this album through Rick's website (where you can buy his other albums).

Three of the tracks on this album were released on the US issued "Rattlesnake Shake" (I Do Believe, Change Is Gonna Come & The Lucky Devil).

Now for my little rant...

Back in October I ordered this CD from a company called MovieMars on the net. A couple of days later I received an email saying that this CD was out of stock and they would be ordering it and would send it ASAP. Maybe a week later they sent another email saying that yes it was still out of stock but they were working on it.

Well Christmas came and went and finally I figured I'd given them enough chance so I emailed them and contacted them through the Amazon site. I received back two identically worded emails (from different people) saying that it was an error in their inventory and they expected it would be sent to me within the week.

A month later, I emailed again, receiving this time a personalised email saying that it was still out of stock but they would email me as soon as it despatched, which they thought would be about a week.

A month later I finally got annoyed enough to ask for my money back and received the response that their ordering system was automated which meant that sometimes they couldn't get albums that were ordered.

I mean how easy would it be for someone to over-ride the automated system and order my damn CD? Obviously very hard. I will NEVER order anything from MovieMars again (and don't say that you haven't been warned).

Oh and I went to write bad feedback at Amazon but as more than 90 days had passed I couldn't.

Anyway, that is my rant done, so I hope you enjoy the album.
